Situated in the quietest part of the property, in the building outside the main courtyard, you reach the pool area by following the path through the olive grove.
Situated on the ground floor, it consists of a large living area with open kitchen, double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) and bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed with two additional beds.
The flat is completed by a pleasant furnished terrace where it is possible to dine and relax while enjoying a privileged view of the entire property.

General flat services:
The flats are all equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets.The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an original Nespresso coffee machine.
The flats do not have a TV or washing machine, but included in the price is a communal laundry room located in the service area after the swimming pool, complete with 2 washing machines, a dryer, detergents and ironing equipment.
The change of linen (sheets and towels) is weekly, but it is possible to request an additional change of linen mid-week at a cost of 20€/person.
Included in the price is a cleaning service on arrival and departure and a cleaning every 2 days.
A sun umbrella and sun loungers are reserved for each flat at the pool.
Access to the swimming pool is permitted only in accordance with the regulations in force and is allowed during the time slot 09.00-20.00.
Animals are not allowed.
The facility is not equipped with electric car charging stations and recharging from electric sockets in the flats is not permitted.
