General flat services:
- The flats are all equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an original Nespresso coffee machine.
- The flats do not have a TV or washing machine, but included in the price is a communal laundry room located in the service area after the swimming pool, complete with 2 washing machines, a dryer, detergents and ironing equipment.
- The change of linen (sheets and towels) is weekly, but it is possible to request an additional change of linen mid-week at a cost of 20€/person.
- Included in the price is a cleaning service on arrival and departure and a cleaning every 2 days.
- A sun umbrella and sun loungers are reserved for each flat at the pool.
- Access to the swimming pool is permitted only in accordance with the regulations in force and is allowed during the time slot 09.00-20.00.
- Animals are not allowed.
- The facility is not equipped with electric car charging stations and recharging from electric sockets in the flats is not permitted.
