The terroir where the Trebbiano grapes grow is marked by significant temperature variations, a natural result of the presence of the Cornia and Milia rivers, which meet here and define the area.

The grapes are harvested by hand from silty soils and undergo careful selection.

The harvest takes place in several stages, with meticulous bunch selection, in order to obtain a wide range of nuances that enhance both the freshness and the aromatic character of the wine.

The wine ages for 9 months in ceramic amphorae, preserving the character and purity of the Trebbiano.

Finally, it rests in the bottle for a further 3 months.
